Admin & Accounts

What admin can I hand over?

You can hand over the daily office work that keeps jobs booked, customers answered and paperwork moving.

We follow your guide for how jobs are booked and replies are written, so the work is done your way.

  • Jobs logged from email and client portals
  • Job bookings and calendars scheduled from your guide
  • Client portals kept up to date

Accounts admin

  • Quotes and invoices processed
  • Purchase orders and work orders
  • Reconciliations
  • Follow ups with suppliers and clients, including overdue invoices

Records and team admin

  • Documents, templates and registers kept in order
  • Leave logged
  • Reports on missed timesheets
  • Induction invites sent to new starters

Which apps do you work in?

We work in the apps your business already runs on, including Xero, MYOB, ServiceM8, AroFlo and Simpro.

  • Microsoft Outlook, Gmail, OneDrive, SharePoint and Google Drive

Who does the admin work?

A shared team of admin and accounts support people does the work, with a Team Lead managing quality.

  • Onshore and offshore, trained and qualified, workstation ready

How it works

How does it start?

It starts with a short chat about the work you want to hand over, then we map it out with you.

  1. Tell us what you need

Share your details and we will be in touch to talk through the work you want off your plate.

  2. We map the work

We take the tasks you need done, map them out with you and write down how each one should be done.

  3. We set up and learn your systems

We get access to your apps, learn how your business runs and meet your team.

  4. We get on with it

Our team does the work each week. We catch up weekly or fortnightly to check progress and plan what is next.

Do you do bookkeeping, BAS or tax?

No. Bookkeeping, BAS and tax stay with your accountant. We work alongside them.

We do not take on work that needs financial delegation, legal authority or registration as a BAS or tax agent.
